Jay Hurley

Coming from a background in Martial Arts, my body was my project. Making myself stronger, fitter, faster and healthy was the goal of every workout, this made an easy transition into fitness and wellbeing. After an injury ended my Martial Arts career I decide to help other people work on theirs bodies, after all you only get one!

Using my knowledge of the human body and how it works, I apply this to my clients needs and wants, as everyone has different goals. As well as a love and passion for Fitness, helping make peoples lives easier through exercise is the reason I became a Personal Trainer so feel free to contact me if you feel I can make your workouts and body the best they can be!
