I believe in what I do and will work extremely hard in order for you to come out of this process happier, more confident, healthier and with the physique you want. I have worked with a vast variety of clients including pregnant, injured, recovering or sports specific. But whatever your goal might be, I will work with you to get you there.
My speciality lies in post and pre-natal exercise. Having had two children myself, I would like to pass on my experience and knowledge. Exercising before, during and after pregnancy is in many cases the best thing you can do for yourself and your baby.
